We hear a lot about carbohydrates, fat, and protein. Every popular diet has its own take on the proper breakdown. Micronutrients, on the other hand, are frequently ignored. They are required in considerably lesser quantities, but that does not imply they are unimportant. WHAT ARE MICRONUTRIENTS?

The term 'micronutrients' refers to vitamins and minerals in general. Minerals are grouped into two categories: microminerals and trace elements.
